Dynamic Control System (DCS Automatic)
Our system provides an automatic daily accurate measuring of the ethanol-production reflected in mg ethanol/100 gr fruitflesh of a sample of fruit. The fruit can be stored at the lowest oxygen level where fermentation will not start. Storing fruit at the lowest oxygen level will provide the best fruit quality.
 
Other available measuring systems based on fluorescence, respiration quotient or other parameters provide indirect and less accurate information regarding the most optimal storage-conditions.
