Pallistore Individual for red currants

Storex offers a cost-effective, flexible and user-friendly storage system called Pallistore - Individual, specially designed for the storage of, among other things, red currants. With this system you get full control over the storage of your berries on individual pallets, with optimal CA conditions and quality retention.

  • Control box with CA Auto Store software on PLC + Touchscreen
  • Connected via router/internet with the Storex APP and ADM
  • O2/CO2 meter connected to all individual pallet covers
  • VSA N2 generator for nitrogen supply
  • CO2 bottle (supplied by the customer) + pressure regulator for the supply of CO2
  • Fresh air supply (from air compressor)
  • Per CA Pallet cover;
    • One measuring hose + valve,
    • 1 measuring hose + 2 valves for both aeration and CO2 supply,
    • One hose + valve for nitrogen supply
    • One pressure relief valve per CA pallet cover
    • All hoses are connected to a central control box

How does Pallistore Individual work:

How does Pallistore Individual work:

  • Pallets with berries are placed under CA pallet covers. The covers are closed with one of the available systems and equipped with a pressure relief valve.
  • From a central exchange, each individual pallet cover is connected to:
    • 1. a tube + valve for measuring O2/CO2 conditions
    • 2. a tube + valve for aeration (from compressor) and a valve for CO2 supply (from bottles)
    • 3. a tube + valve for nitrogen supply (by N2 generator)
  • The valves in the central switchboard are connected to a CO2 source (bottled), an N2 generator and compressed air for aeration.
  • During CA storage, the CA conditions in each individual CA pallet sleeve are individually controlled, monitored and displayed.
